. Experience implementing, configuring and supporting Oracle CRM Service Modules, such as, Service Contracts,
Deport Repair, Field Service, Install Base, etc.
.Experience with Oracle 11.5.8 or above
. Lead and manage your team of 3 to 6 people; provide strong mentoring to build their skills
. Anticipate challenges and recommend creative solutions
. Apply best practices and a detailed understanding of the CRM product to design a total solution
. Strategize and execute plans to win new business from your client
APPS DBA
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Interface with the customer directly in discussing/proposing/developing architectural solutions.
· Deployment of complex architectures (RAC, ASM, Grid, Dataguard etc.) and backup/recovery solutions
· Diagnose and address Database, Application and system performance issues.
· Communicate project status and manage customer relationships
· Provide Production support as needed basis
· Oracle DBA and Oracle Applications DBA activities including – Installation of Oracle databases,Oracle applications, Oracle Application servers; Patching and cloning of Oracle database/application environments; Upgrade of databases and applications
· Installation and configuration of Oracle Technologies like Oracle Grid control, Oracle Fusion Middleware.
· Basic Unix/Linux systems administration & monitoring
· Manage quality/conitnuous improvement processes & deliverables
· Ability to take up complex tasks and lead the execution
· Ability to Multi-task
· Strong performance monitoring/tuning experience in complex environments
· Great communication, documentation and presentation skills
· Oracle Applications System Administration experience and in-depth knowledge of Oracle Applications Utilities
