Role And Responsibility	:	1) Should have a good functional grasping capability of complex functionality. 2) Should be well versed with Oracle 10gR2, PL/ SQL and OWB 10.2.0.2 at least. 3) Should be conversant with data warehousing methodologies and modelling techniques. 4) Should be able to design complex functionality using the technology mentioned in 2 above, with optimal performance. 5) Should have good communication skills. 6) Should be able to assertive on their communication with Oracle / BO consultants. 7) Should be able to do performance tuning in Oracle and OWB. Should be conversant with the entire SDLC of a project.
