Role And Responsibility	:	Desired Skills : Requirement Study, Preparation of Requirements document. Mapping requirements to a technical solution and assess feasibility. Estimation of efforts needed Guide the team for prototyping, POC and approval by users. Create high level design document Carry out impact analysis of major change requests Supervise Acceptance testing & resolve issues arising with users Review of RDD, Design doc, Test plans etc. Keep track of new technologies and suggest improvement areas Knowledge & Skills. At least 3 years experience in conducting requirement studies, workshops etc. & designing a solution Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies in the areas such as web development, database, reporting services, workflow, portal, content management etc. Working knowledge of EAI techniques & tools such as web services, XML/XSL, message queues, service oriented architecture,service bus, business process orchestration etc. Familiarity with tools like Enterprise Architect, Rational Rose, Visio
