>) Ability to gather requirements and facilitate with end-users
>) Should be a team player with the ability to work with businesses in multiple countries and the technical teams to deliver quality systems.
>) Excellent oral and written skills
>) Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
>) Working knowledge of basic web-based GUI design considerations and practices .
