The guidelines for filling application are given as under:

• The candidates should download the Application Format and fill-in the required details in their own hand writing.
  
  
• After filling in all the details in the application form and having signed at appropriate box, the application should be sent along with:
  
  
  1. Copies of certificates pertaining to age, educational qualifications, experience etc.
