Skill: BPO/Call Centre/Help desk/Tech Customer service employees with technical voice-based support experience can walk-in to get into Cognizant’s IT world (IT IS Horizontal)
Academics: Any Graduate with regular full time degree -60% Min
Eligibility: 1.6 years (Or) 18 months of experience
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Should be willing to relocate to onsite locations/willing to work in shifts
