BHABHA ATOMIC RESEARCH CENTRE (BARC) invites applications for the following Group `A’ Gazetted posts in 300 bed hospital with 12 dispensaries across Mumbai and its agglomeration area. In addition, the hospital is running a dispensary for industry purpose at Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
Current Vacancy
- Medical Officer (GDMO for dispensary) in the grade of Scientific Officer/C
- Scientific Officer/D (Gynaecology & Obstetrics)
- Scientific Officer/C(Veterinary Physician)
Pay Scale :
- Medical Officer – Rs.15600+5400+NPA.
- Scientific Officer/D – Rs.15600+6600+NPA.
- Scientific Officer/C – Rs.15600+5400+NPA
Total emoluments per annum in the minimum of the pay scale will be approximately : For Categories I & III – Rs. 3.7 lakh per annum and for Category II – Rs. 4 lakh, at present for Class A-1 city.
Educational Qualification and Desirable Experiance
Medical Officer : MBBS with one year institutional experience. Mandatory internship shall not be counted as experience. Candidates with Post Graduate qualification and equivalent need not apply. Candidates with Casualty experience and worked as GDMO/General Practice will be preferred. Basic Computer knowledge is preferrable
Scientific Officer/D – MD or equivalent in Gynaecology and Obstetrics. Basic Computer knowledge is preferrable
Scientific Officer/C – M.V. Sc., preferably in Physiology.
